ST. CLOUD SPORTSMEN’S SHOW at the River’s Edge Convention,
and wish you much success during the Show.
This Exhibitor Information Kit has been prepared for your benefit. We have attempted to answer any questions you, as an exhibitor, may have regarding the show. We ask that you or the individual in charge of your booth review all of the enclosed information. If you should have any questions, please feel free to contact one of our staff.

Bulk dealers will be contacted with specific move-in times. All booths must be set up by 10:00 AM on February 6 for aisle carpeting. Public entry begins at 12:00 PM.

Move-Out:

Begins after 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 8.

Complete removal by midnight, February 8.
No dismantling or removal of materials before 4:00 PM Sunday to respect attendees. Non-compliance may result in future contract cancellation.
Exhibitor Credentials:

Available at check-in at the Show Office, River’s Edge Lobby. Check-in will move to the Will Call desk at main entrance in Convention Center hallway.

Exhibitor Passes:

1 booth: 4 passes

2+ booths: 6 passes

Bulk dealers: Passes based on booth size.

Exhibitor Passes allow entry 1 hour before public hours.

Exhibitor Passes will be punched daily; hand stamps required for same-day re-entry.

Lost/forgotten passes require full-price admission ($10). No refunds.

Discounted tickets ($5) available at Show Office for one-day admission (valid any day, early entry included).

Booth Setup & Regulations
Booth Construction:
-
Provided: 8-ft backwall curtains, 3-ft sidewall curtains, 7" x 40" Exhibitor ID sign.

Exhibits may extend 4 ft from the backwall at 8-ft height; beyond that, limited to 3-ft height. See Example
-
Unsightly structures must be draped at exhibitor’s expense.
-
No obstructions past 3-ft height to ensure courtesy to neighboring booths.
Decorations:
-
All decorations (draping, skirting, etc.) must be flameproof per fire department regulations.
-
Tables must be professionally skirted.
-
Signs/banners cannot be attached to pipe-and-drape or Convention Center property.
-
Complimentary sign hooks available at show office.
Booth Equipment:

Tables, chairs, carpeting, etc., available through Cenaiko Expo, Inc.

Order by January 28, 2026, for advance pricing (8.375% sales tax applies).

Contact Cenaiko Expo for order forms; payment required with submission.
Gasoline & Propane:
-
Remove propane tanks from exhibits.
-
Permanently installed propane tanks (e.g., motor homes) must be empty.
-
Gas tanks require locked caps; battery cables must be disconnected.
-
Fire Marshal will inspect compliance.
Freight & Drayage:
-
No storage at Canterbury Park is allowed. Shipments should arrive no earlier than February 4th, 2026. Display Shipping Forms

Advance freight warehousing available through Cenaiko Expo.

Exhibitors will handle their own booth setup/teardown; services are available available through Cenaiko Expo 763-755-8111

Show Restrictions:

Prohibited: Helium balloons, bumper stickers, self-sticking promotional materials.

Microphones and/or loud audio-visual equipment require Cenaiko Productions’ approval.

Literature/promotional items distributed only within booth confines.
-
No distribution of publications/periodicals in Convention Center or registration areas without written consent.
-
Loud Music that disrupts neighboring booths.
Insurance & Security Guidelines:
-
Insurance Responsibility – Exhibitors must provide their own insurance per contract, covering liability, damages, and theft.
-
Event Security – Watchmen are present but do not guarantee protection against loss or theft; personal precautions are necessary.
-
Securing Valuables – Small items like cash, jewelry, and documents should be stored in locked containers when unattended.
-
Protecting Electronics – TVs, phones, and computers should never be left unattended—use asset tags or remove them overnight.
-
Booth Safety Measures – Plan security strategies for displays and storage; high-value items should be removed after hours when possible.
